
Hidden leak causes major damage
This private residence had experienced a catastrophic leak for over 6 months, which was only detected once extensive damage to floors, walls and fittings became apparent. Peril Solutions were called in and initiated a complete stripping out of the premises to enable drying out. Once the property was completely dried, a full assessment of the damage was undertaken and many affected structural parts were replaced.


Measurement & assessment
Our state of the art measuring equipment enables us to accurately assess the exact drying out requirements and initiate an appropriate regime of dehumidifiers, pumps and heating. Progress can be monitored in real time either on site or remotely via the comprehensive app, which allows continuous adjustment without the necessity for on site manual intervention. This provides an extremely cost effective, low energy solution to the problem.


Drying out before repair
Once the property has been sufficiently dried out, all affected parts which cannot be repaired will be replaced and the fabric of the building made good as necessary.
The precision available from our equipment enables us to segregate areas such as floors, walls or specific rooms which require additional treatment. We can measure humidity changes in areas as small as 1sq metre to ensure maximum results for minimum energy output.


Full Restoration
This house had to have all floors, ceilings and wall coverings replaced once it was fully dried out. The resulting building work involved a wide variety of trades and full compliance with all modern energy conservation regulations to fully refurbish the building.
