Flood water damage to a domestic residence
The ground floor of this house was completely flooded in the winter of 2022 – 2023, resulting in extensive damage to furniture, fixtures, fittings and plasterwork. Peril Solutions were called in and quickly devised a plan to pump out standing water, dehumidify saturated plaster and brickwork and fully restore the decor of the ground floor rooms – all in less than six weeks.
Speeding up new build deliveries
Newly built properties typically contain considerable amounts of residual moisture, particularly if the build has taken place over the winter months, and drying out sufficiently to complete the build can be a slow process.
